A Telegram reminder bot that understands plain English
TeleLater is a Telegram bot for reminders. You write “remind me to call mum every Sunday at 6pm”, it says back what it understood, and at that time the reminder arrives in your chat with buttons to mark it done or snooze it.
Try messages like:
- remind me to bring an umbrella tomorrow at 7:30am if it rains
- call mum every Sunday at 6pm
- pay rent on the 1st of every month at 9am
- in 20 minutes check the oven
How it works
- Open the bot and press Start. Your Telegram account is your account; there is no form to fill in.
- Tell it which city you are in, so “7:30am” means your 7:30am.
- Write reminders in your own words: one-off (“in 20 minutes”, “tomorrow at 9”), repeating (“every weekday at 8am”, “on the last working day of every month”), or every few hours within a window.
- Each reminder arrives with ✅ Done, ⏰ 15 min, ⏰ 1 hour and 📅 Tomorrow buttons.
Managing reminders by chatting
Ask “what’s on today?”, say “move the dentist to 3pm”, “cancel the umbrella one” or “snooze till 5pm”. /list shows everything with buttons to skip, pause, test or delete a reminder, and /today, /tomorrow and /week show what is coming up.
Forward any message to the bot and pick a time to be reminded about it. A morning summary can tell you what is on each day, and holiday mode (“I’m away until Monday”) holds everything while you are away.
Not only on Telegram
Reminders can also go to email, browser push notifications or Discord on the free plan, and to Slack, Microsoft Teams or your own webhook on Pro. A web dashboard shows everything at once and has a detailed editor.
